I am Ashwini with a total of 5+ years experience in Global Talent Acquisition with a demonstrated history of working in the IT,Corporate functions and Financial Industry. My scope and function covers the whole of India,United Kingdom and Europe Skilled in Recruitment & Selection, Interviewing, Salary negotiations and other onboarding(End to End Recruitment ). Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to include creating comprehensive, high-volume and high-quality sourcing and recruiting processes.
