I am a person who wants to grow and develop where I work. The most time you spend in a week is at work so I highly prioritize working in a healthy work environment. I always bring good energy and kindness to the workspace.

I can also describe myself as very supportive. Helping people is in my nature so my ability to do this in customer service is a dream come true! I have always worked with people and them being the customers automatically made me in the position to provide them with the best customer experience they have ever had.

I interviewed consumers about their experiences using products, I translated their experience to deliver it to the company to better their products. I translated what the consumer wanted in a digestible and understandable way for the experts to analyze it.

I studied Sociology for a year and I am currently in my gap year
