International provider of mission-critical digital infrastructure solutions, delivering colocation, cloud connectivity and managed services to enterprise and hyperscale customers across Southeast Asia. Full P&L ownership for the Data Centre business. Executive leadership of an international organisation of 40 FTE, including 10 direct reports.

Executive responsibility for a portfolio of three mission-critical Data Centres (two Tier III and one Tier IV). Board reporting and Joint Venture governance with STT GDC (Temasek Group). Responsible for commercial growth, strategic infrastructure partnerships, operational excellence and long-term business expansion across Southeast Asia.

• Led the successful development, commercialisation and launch of the company's flagship Tier IV Data Centre in Malaysia while overseeing the commercial and operational performance of two existing Tier III facilities.
• Developed and executed commercial growth strategies across ASEAN, strengthening enterprise customer relationships and expanding strategic partnerships.
• Negotiated multi-million-dollar regional partnerships with a leading global IT infrastructure providers, creating new commercial opportunities throughout Southeast Asia.
• Managed executive governance within the Joint Venture with STT GDC, aligning strategic priorities and operational execution.
• Established strategic partnerships with universities, government organisations and industry stakeholders to strengthen the regional digital infrastructure ecosystem.
