Former founder and managing director with 11 years of entrepreneurial leadership (SaaS Company), followed by a deliberate focus on interim executive assignments leading technology organizations through transformation, growth and stabilization. I combine strategic leadership with a hands-on technology mindset, operating comfortably at both executive and engineering levels. My experience spans software development, engineering leadership, IT architecture and full business unit responsibility, including P&L ownership.
Throughout my career, I have built and led technology teams, improved delivery performance, translated business strategy into execution, and helped organizations create clarity, ownership and momentum during periods of change. What sets me apart is the combination of technology leadership and business ownership. Having built and scaled my own software business, I understand both the technical and commercial side of leadership — from product and engineering execution to organizational performance and long-term value creation.

Drove product innovation and market expansion, resulting in the successful launch of proprietary SaaS solutions and the establishment of GO Remarketing Solutions as a joint venture to scale a flagship product (UCC), with EBP remaining the core technology partner.
