I worked as head chef of Chuao Chocolatier, where I oversaw the production of bars, bonbons and truffles. I was then the head patisser and workshop master at Tony's Chocolonely.
I have my culinary degree from the renowned Ferrandi School of Gastronomy in France, as well as continued to get more chocolate education at Ferrandi and at Callebaut.
