My roles

• Analyࢢcs lead at Customer Success (3y - INT): Defining the future of Customer Success. Leading the analyࢢcs team, succesfully implemenࢢng LLMs, managing stakeholders up to execuࢢve level and winning the most customer-friendly company award.
• Automaࢢon analyst (3y): Succesful launch of Picnics first automated warehouse (100M CAPEX). Project lead of the control room including energy usage of the site: real-ࢢme dashboarding and setup of operaࢢonal control team. Driving process opࢢmizaࢢon through advanced analyࢢcs incl. predicࢢve modeling.
• Capacity management (2y): Seࢰng up the iniࢢal people operaࢢons tooling to manage schedules, capacity and growth plans for all warehouses (5+ with 1k+ employees) in NL and DE. 2017 Intern Business Developer at NDSM Energie Developed and contributed to sustainable projects: solar energy (solar on water), e-mobility (mobility as a service) and circular economy (Waste Transformers).
