Currently working for one of the UK’s leading lettuce suppliers I have a strong track record of ensuring a high-quality output through strong supply chain management and robust internal quality management.During my last 6 years at G's Fresh I worked with sites to help them to meet the technical standards demanded by different customers (e.g. Marks and Spencer Select Farm, Sainsbury’s Onboarding, Tesco Minimum Produce and Tesco Food Standard), preparing sites for approval audits and develop expertise in these standards.
