Ines Gillard

My name is Ines Gillard. I am a third-year student at IE University in Madrid studying within the Faculty of Business, a Bachelor in Behavioural and Social Sciences. I am a very internationally-minded student having lived and experienced many cultures growing up such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and currently Spain. I am interested in sectors of Marketing, Communication, and Brand Strategy as well as highly interested in the entertainment industry

In the summer of 2022, I began my industry experience being a part of Picnic Technologies a fast-growing app-only supermarket being a Content Creation Intern within the Marketing Team. Where I helped coordinate 5 different social media shoots consisting of anniversary content, cooking videos, produce photography, and many more. In my second year at IE University, I served as the Marketing Co-Manager for the IE University Short Film Festival, where I conducted 10 marketing campaigns and managed calls for submissions across five social media platforms.

Finally, during my time at IE University, I have taken part in many extracurricular activities such as the Film and Industry Club, Behavioural Economics Club, Women in Business Club, and Marketing Club. Further, I am currently attending an online course on Film and TV Industry Essentials hosted by the New York University
