I would like to apply to your challenging position. Last 7 years I had successful implementation projects for 2 FINTECH organizations was responsible for implementation of websites for digital goods and a digital platform for billing and payments. Hereby an overview of my last projects:
- In the period 2022-2023 I was responsible for successful migration toward the Cloud (AWS) of 10 big telecom companies in the UK. Per client new website for digital goods, fraud detection and payment handling were created. One of Examples of the website: Mytopup.three Main responsibility project plan & planning to ensure to deliver the platform, service availability of the new platform.
- In the period 2020-2021 I was responsible for European roll-out of Banqup in > 15 countries. The platform is made to automate payments and billing tasks. Main responsibilities were defining project plan & planning to be able to roll-out the platform.
- In the period 2018-2020 I was responsible for implementation of digital invoice platform for >50 accountants within the Benelux. The platform: Billtobox.com Main responsibilities were defining project plan & planning to be able to roll-out the platform.
Some of my project management skills in the overview below:
- Leadership and experience managing complex projects: In my projects at Alphacomm and UnifiedPost, I led various development teams all over Europe
- Stakeholder management: In all my projects it is very important to define the stakeholders and their requirements. Important other topics of stakeholder management are: defining project goals, communication, escalation, and meeting structure within the project.
- Quality assurance: The delivery of a high-quality product and is very important for me. Therefore, define test strategy and end-to-end testing is always important part of the project. Important stakeholders are; test team, security team and users.
