I'm a data leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations transform how they use data to make decisions, meet regulatory requirements, and drive growth. Currently, I run Yawning Dog Insights B.V., where I partner with clients across industries to deliver tailored data solutions—whether that’s building forecasting models, designing GDPR-compliant data governance systems, or integrating complex data pipelines from tools like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and marketing platforms into a centralized analytics stack.

Before launching my consultancy, I was the first data hire at Mozart Data, a Y Combinator-backed startup. There, I owned the product roadmap, scaled our data infrastructure, led cross-functional initiatives, and developed educational content that boosted platform adoption. I also mentored junior team members, helping reduce onboarding time and promoting a culture of growth.

Earlier in my career, I built and led the growth analytics team at Eaze, where we scaled the user base by 20x in a tightly regulated environment. I’ve also managed data engineering teams at Cruise, working on autonomous vehicle systems, and helped shape product strategy at Sidecar, where I led analytics from the ground up and introduced innovations like dynamic pricing years ahead of competitors.

I bring a strong mix of technical skills—SQL, Python, DBT, Snowflake, cloud platforms—and business insight. Whether I’m coding, designing data architectures, or communicating insights to executives, my focus is always on delivering impact through data. I have a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Computer Science. Most of my training has come through real-world work—building data pipelines, leading teams, and solving business problems. I’ve developed strong skills in SQL, Python, DBT, and Snowflake. I’ve also worked extensively with GDPR and SOC2 requirements. In past roles, I led internal workshops on SQL and data modeling. My training is hands-on, continuous, and focused on delivering impact through clean, scalable data systems.
