Over 13 years of experience across distributed systems, backend engineering and platform infrastructure, I have founded and scaled my own company and built production systems at Uber. This includes 9+ years of backend development in Golang and 3+ years building Kubernetes infrastructure and custom operators. I have built end-to-end products in startups with full ownership of architecture, development and delivery, and large-scale platform systems in complex organizations.

As a result, I can build new systems from scratch and also improve existing ones under real production constraints. I find hidden bottlenecks and turn them into automated, reliable systems, working across teams to deliver measurable gains in scalability, reliability and efficiency.

Software Engineer at Uber (2023-09 – Present)

• Technologies: Golang, Kubernetes, Starlark, Observability, Multi-cloud(AWS, GCP, OCI)
• Failover Architecture 2.0: Reduced regional failover buffer capacity from 2X to 1.3X across a 4M+ core fleet, eliminating 1M+ reserved CPU cores and delivering $50–70M in annual infrastructure savings, by implementing Golang based K8s Controllers.
• Kubelet Upgrade: Redesigned the Kubelet upgrade process around a workload-draining architecture, aligning multiple teams that owned different components across the stack, and cut rollout time from 5 months to 5 weeks across 100K+ production nodes.
• Cluster Orchestrator: Designed and implemented a K8s operator that unified 6+ internal systems into a fully automated cluster provisioning pipeline, reducing cluster creation timelines from 4+ weeks to 2 hours.

Software Engineer at Cloudwalk (2019-11 – 2023-08)

• Technologies: Golang, Python, Ruby, Backend Development, CloudSQL, Observability, Teraform, GCP
• Database Migration: Migrated a 7+ TB production CloudSQL database from GCP to Aiven across 30+ dependent services with zero downtime by designing a phased, automated migration strategy with staged validation and dependency coordination.
• Observability Platform: Architected a centralized monitoring and incident response platform integrating Grafana, Prometheus, Pushgateway, Opsgenie and Slack, reducing incident mitigation time by 50+% and improving service uptime.
• GitOps Infrastructure: Implemented a GitOps-based infrastructure workflow using Terraform and Atlantis, eliminating untracked infrastructure changes and improving security, access control and deployment consistency across engineering teams.
• Ruby to Golang Migration: Led the migration of Mastercard-integrated payment service from Ruby to Go, improving performance and reliability of transaction processing.

Founder & CEO at FStack Technologies (2016-12 – 2019-11)

• Founded and scaled a technology consulting company to 400K+ USD ARR, building a team of 15+ engineers and serving clients across four countries.
• Delivered backend, cloud and infrastructure solutions for organizations in finance, transportation and restaurant industries. Led end-to-end system architecture, technical delivery and customer engagements across multiple international projects.

Software Engineer at Betacraft (2015-01 – 2016-12)

• Served as interim CTO for Ressy, leading end-to-end product delivery and 3rd party integrations. Worked with the founder on product strategy, vendor integrations, partner discussions and technical execution.
• Contributed to the development and growth of the platform after which it was acquired by TripAdvisor-backed Eatigo in 2016.
• Supported cross-functional product delivery in an early-stage startup environment while helping scale the platform and engineering efforts.

Compiler Engineer at Imagination Technologies (2013-06 – 2014-12)

• Technologies: C, C++, GCC, MIPS, LLVM, Compiler-rt
• Ported the Newlib C standard library to MIPS architecture, enabling broader support across the toolchain.
• Implemented DSPLib vector operations for the MIPS SIMD processor.
• Contributed MIPS support to compiler-rt within the LLVM ecosystem, expanding compiler and runtime support for the platform.
