Maksym Stepanenko

I’m a full-stack video producer with experience handling the entire video production process — from concept and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery. I create engaging visual content, manage projects from start to finish, and combine creative storytelling with technical skills to produce high-quality videos for different platforms and audiences. 🎬

I have over 10 years of experience in video production, working as a Director of Photography, video editor, and drone pilot. I have worked on TV shows, commercials, music videos, online broadcasts, and political media projects. I also have experience managing multi-camera productions and working with professional cinema cameras (ARRI, RED, Sony, Canon, Blackmagic). Additionally, I have worked as a DJI product specialist and drone pilot trainer.

I hold two Master’s degrees: one in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine (Kyiv) and another in Culture and Arts (Performing Arts) from the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management. My education in arts is the most relevant to my work in video production and media. 🎬
