I am an experienced Marketing Director as well as an accredited coach. In this, I have found a perfect balance between commercial activities and people development. Being a coach is a great addition to my current job and it has helped me to strengthen myself as a manager. Through my experience, I have developed a strategic vision, which I am able to translate into creative concepts and implement them in an innovative way. Furthermore, I am able to coach individuals and teams to a higher level.
