> Who I am:

Versatile and all-round (Interim) Head of Procurement and Contracts. Strategic mindset with hands-on approach, able to adapt, create empathy and effectively deliver the needed change.

> What I believe:

I believe in collaboration, as a strong consistent living organism. When energies are channelled in the same direction, there are no limits!

Doing the right thing (morally) is powerful, and allows everyone to sleep well at night.

It is crucial to have fun, keep motivated and enthusiastic about the direction it is being taken.

> What I did:

Having worked in several sectors and sizes of companies allowed me to experiment different realities. Some of the sectors are:

• Agricultural commodities
• Food and beverage

• Pharmaceutical
• High Finance
• Startups
• Consultancy

Creating Procurement departments from scratch is something I've done successfully repeated times. I have also lead full transformations of global procurement with the different dimensions associated to it:

• spend analysis
• strategy, plan and goals,
• organization of people,
• policies and procedures,
• conducting the first critical sourcing initiatives,
• sustainable procurement,
• contracts and suppliers management,
• KPIs and dashboard,
• implementation of new systems,
• and change management.

I started and executed category management plans in:

• several categories directs,
• several categories indirects,
• established global pipelines of sourcing initiatives,
• and coordinated whole big sourcing programs (example: one with more than 100M USD spend).

> What I enjoy and can do in the future:

My best is still to come!

Plan, re-think, react, adapt to the dynamic environments we’ll face is something that comes natural to me.

The future is exciting, and I see myself enjoying the process of creating and making something beautiful grow.
