I have recently moved to the Netherlands with my husband. I am currently based in Gelderland, Barneveld.
I have design ops experience as an ops lead for our Nedbank team of ±180 designers that includes contractors and permanent staff. I have worked in a squad context as well as in a Center of Excellence context for a large corporate practicing scaled Agile.
I have been in the Product and Client Experience space for 8 years.
I am very passionate helping teams work together and having been a UX designer and CX researcher myself, means I understand the value of having support from an operational team member, thus I like working on employee experience projects.
