As a professional with more than 15 years experiences in the validation field of High-tech multidisciplinary R&D companies (embedded software), I am a strong academical thinker, and I can understand complex technical demands in detail and come up with appropriate Technology Management solutions and plans. In my analyzes of results, I can take both tactical and strategic considerations into account, I like to have a deep understanding of situations and alternatives and I know how to place organizational challenges in a broader context, devise solutions and make connections.

Furthermore, I am a strong analytical test manager and team player, having a flexible attitude, understanding and appreciation to handle situations across multiple types of organizations under time pressure, stress, and hard lines.

I am applying for the position of Manager Testing, because I am looking for a new challenge and I am the best at management, leading and coordinating all quality/test activities.

I have demonstrable experience at various HighTech R&D software development organizations with test and project management, leading testers, working in agile (scrum) teams, structured testing (TMap and ISTQB), applying quality standards (including ISO26262, 9000, 9001, MDR, CE), test design techniques and test automation. In addition, I have good experience in the past as Quality Control and Assurance, in which I have been responsible for the entire organization procedures of software development, project / product management and helpdesk 1-2 activities.

My approach is result-oriented and for that I am firmly in my shoes and as a pioneer of better methods I like to take the whole team with me to make the best out of it. I always vouch for the most efficient and effective work approach considering both tactical and strategic considerations. I hereby like to bring the test efforts in terms of Return of Investment (ROI) and Return of Quality (ROQ), in order to keep the gain and satisfaction of customers / stakeholders high.
