Greeting and assisting customers: Warmly welcome customers as they enter the store, and offer help in finding items or answering any questions they may have. • Maintaining store appearance: Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. This includes folding and hanging clothes, tidying up fitting rooms, and arranging displays. • Stock management: Regularly check inventory levels, restock shelves and racks as needed, and inform the management of any low stock or missing items. • Handling sales transactions: Accurately process customer purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash or card payments, and providing receipts. • Fitting room assistance: Manage fitting room usage, ensure customers have the correct sizes or additional items they need, and maintain fitting room cleanliness. • Providing style advice: Offer expert advice on current trends, styles, and how to create fashionable outfits to suit customers' preferences and body types. • Handling returns and exchanges: Assist customers with returning or exchanging items, following the store's policies and procedures.
