During my time with Innogames I took care of the team of community managers for Forge of Empires. I wrote video scripts and made recordings for event videos, wrote official game announcements, made assets used for promoting events and announcements, worked on the community strategy, wrote detailed reports for the product manager and worked together with the game designers and product manager to improve the community satisfaction.

As a community manager for the Scavengers Studio’s Darwin Project I worked on community relations, customer support, account management (& sanctions), feedback reports, organising private playtests, community interactions across all social media platforms, streaming gameplay and answering community questions, creating community highlight videos, management of the community moderators & game support. create support tools for discord, account and game management, And organise several official and competitive events for the competitive players and twitch streamers (some including big streamers such as Shroud, Ohmwrecker, Disguised Toast, Lirik, Forsen, CDNThe3rd, etc.).
