I am a UX Designer and Application Administrator with a strong blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills. With experience in designing digital experiences and managing complex application environments, I consistently bridge the gap between design and engineering. My background UX design, product ownership, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, incident management, and the optimization of business-critical systems such as Business Central, Salesforce, and CMDB platforms.

As a UX Designer, I have led the design of mobile apps, web platforms, and digital products, from research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing. I worked with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs, using tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe solutions. I have designed and delivered projects such as a large-scale e-learning platform, health questionnaire apps, and redesigned library interfaces in.

My design approach is rooted in empathy, clarity, accessibility, and structured problem-solving.

In application administration, I have rolled out new functionalities, managed user roles and permissions, ensured system security through MFA and Conditional Access, and supported integrations such as EDI connections. I have experience handling incidents, improving configuration management, updating documentation, and managing CMDB-related tasks. My dual expertise allows me to think like a designer while acting like an engineer, translating user needs into technical solutions.
