For years I have worked in various sectors of customer service; ranging from administration to retail.

As a Customer Service Administrator I was responsible for issuing and managing customer refunds and complaints for major transport company Abellio. I would issue appropriate refunds and solve queries and complaints as I worked through the daily case load.

I also worked as Assistant Retail Manager. Assisting the General Manager with all duties ranging from in-store to Head Office. I dealt with and managed staff as well as being the on site responsible; being there firsthand to deal with any customer queries.

My broad experience in Customer Service has led me to develop exceptional people and communication skills, which I pride myself in.
