- Managed a 3 person team responsible for marketing and product mailings, the main tool for user activation and retention.
- Developed 5 online trainings for teachers, along with a team of psychologists and specialists in instructional design, resulting in over 100,000 people taking the trainings.
- Designed surveys and conducted interviews for research of teachers' burnout (38K participants). Designed a report and an infographic based on the results of the research.
- Designed and wrote an email chain that achieved a 5% reactivation rate among inactive users.
- Redesigned the weekly product emails based on research I conducted, resulting in a 3% increase in open rate and a 5% increase in CTR.
- Collaborated with a design team to develop effective landing pages, overseeing the information architecture and content writing.
