Responsible for the delivery of an end-to-end QA solution for FPP project for Manual and Automation testing.

Driving Test planning phase, preparing schedule, preparing estimations, schedule baseline for project,

preparing Execution Plan, resource identification & allocation, Schedule & Milestone tracking, status reporting.

Driving the development of the Automation framework. Maintaining and executing automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for regression tests.

Automated regression execution, code review.

Ownership of all different phases of testing, Functional, ST, SIT, regression, OAT, UAT and postproduction support.

Defect Management / coordination with service transition team and stakeholder management

Management of Key risk / dependency and timely escalations to keep testing on plan

Representing QA in Go/No Calls
