I am an experienced team player with the ability to use data statistics and machine learning for finding complex data pattern that drive meaningful impact on the business

I would like to introduce myself as a life science professional with a great passion for data science and data analytics. I have a Bioinformatics background with an extensive experience in coding language R and also familiar with Python and Bash. Over the years I have been mainly working on data analyses using machine learning tools and developing analytical pipelines to enable mining of large complex datasets.

I am also responsible for developing algorithms to summarize the performance of diagnostic products, including QC assessment and monitoring. Working in Agendia which focus on precision medicine for patients care has helped me with a strong understanding in biomarker discovery and ample opportunities to analyze clinical diagnostics data. The experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders and managing a team of scientists with varying experience and data science skillsets have refined my project management experience.
