I do have 8.5 yrs of experience in localization including technical and managerial roles. I have played different roles for LSPs, Software/Hardware, eLearning (media), and Telecom companies as a Localization, Tools and Tech Engineer, QA and Project/Program management.

• Project/Program Management (l10n/i18n) - JIRA, Confluence, excel, etc. I use to work with different teams from US and Europe offices handling multiple projects simultaneously and always trying to deliver good quality products to the client before deadlines for achieving customer delight. Vendor engagement, SOW creation, budget management, scheduling, etc.

Do a details analysis of a service products (i.e., SaaS, IaaS, PaaS – Storage, Cloud and Flex on demand and provide detailed information to the product team about globalization (l10n and i18n) impact on their product.

Provide suggestions to improve the localization process and help with Machine Translation workflow creation.

End-to-end translation deliveries with cross-functional teams’ stakeholders

• Engineering/Tools/Admin - I have experience in CAT tools like WordFast, Analysis Package, PD, APGUI, and SDL TMS administration with knowledge of Passolo, and Trados Studio. Translation automation with different CMSs and with the help of TMS KPI. I have worked major on file preparation (HTML, XML, JSON, PO, JS, PHP, XLIFF, office-based files, and system/software files) and research on client’s projects for translation.

Also, I worked on different project onboarding in the TMS with CMS integrations, building workflows and providing training to internal as well as external stakeholders

• QA - Globalization tools testing

With the above-mentioned skills, I can provide support in Localization Project/Program Management and Coordination, Engineering, tools (Jenkins, Git, CMS, TMS, L10n Tools – CAT) and QA. I would like to enhance my skills with new learnings and use them for team building to provide the best solutions to the organization
