Robin Jansen

Ever since I was a kid, I am deeply interested in technology and how it can enhance people's lives. That's how I fell in love with User Experience Design. For 5+ years I've been solving problems through design in various roles. I now bring a unique perspective on how UX/UI design could enhance commercial environments and what its positive impact can be on people and our planet.

Through design thinking, user research, information architecture, wireframing, usability testing, and (rapid) prototyping, I aim to create effortless and engaging user experiences. My top skills are empathy, communication, curiosity, and creativity which make user-centered design possible.

I'm also a huge music fanatic and love to listen to, play, and write music. Besides that, I love spending time with family and friends and being outside in nature 😎.

Digital Learning Specialist at RadarVertige - 2022 to present

• User experience design for increasing the usability of our learning platform and making it more engaging.
• Designed and led the system integration between our ERP system and our partner’s online learning platform saving double the amount of planning work.
• Helped set up and maintain our learning platform’s content, visuals, and internal information architecture. 
• Build blended learning courses that have been completed by 1500+ participants.
• Led workshops with my didactic expertise colleagues to apply online learning tools in our blended learning courses.

UX Design, Content Creation & Songwriting at Story & Melody - 2017 to present

• User experience design for 2 portals applying design thinking and UX/UI methods. 
• Music production and songwriting for TV programs, YouTube channels, and other artists receiving an all-time 5-star rating. 
• Content ideation and creation for an influencer (1m+ followers), musicians, and a podcast.

Account Coordinator at RadarVertige - 2018 to 2021

• Created a simple project overview tool that helped me and my team optimize our workflow for our client, resulting in more planned training courses and an 83% increase in revenue over a year.
• Planned over 1000 training courses, interactive theater, and learning paths for 2 clients in the social domain.
• Onboarded and mentored 2 colleagues .
• Helped one of our client’s suppliers integrate their planning system with our client’s LMS to save double work. 
• Initiated a plan to move to online and blended learning during the pandemic to keep our clients engaged.

Jr. Accountmanager ICT outsourcing at RAM Infotechnology - 2016 to 2017

• Initiated the start of a partnership with a new client that resulted in a 5-year contract for a renewed ICT infrastructure worth over €2 million.
• Generated new business opportunities.
