I am currently looking for a job as Customer Support / Representative. I have experience as Customer Success Manager / Project assistant for the past 2 years. As CSM, I was in charge of managing accounts in LATAM, mainly in Brazil but also, the Latin America, for clients that hired companies for technology projects. I acted as the customer representative, making sure all their needs and worries were heard and appropriately taken care inside of the company.
I also, have extensive experience working and dealing with customers/clients in different areas and roles. Working as Senior Cabin crew, I had the opportunity to work in a multi-cultural environment, delivering our VIP customers with the best service. Handling any complaints and solving problematic situations as and when they arose.
I develop my leadership skill, managing a team of 3-10 colleagues. I always strived to achieve the highest standard possible and I am eager to learn and develop my skills to grow with my career.
