Bachelor in Educational Theory: The Practice of Learning and (Social) Development, focused on children and adolescents between the age of 0 to 23 years old.
My work experience allows me to listen to other's needs and limits while working together on their development. Besides that, my experience has provided me with role modeling and empowerment in both my students and within myself.
The essence of education for me lies in coaching and guiding students. I radiate my passion for counseling in everything I do. I am passionate about my profession, and I try to convey this enthusiasm in all aspects of my work.
This is already evident at The Child Helpline, where I have dedicated myself diligently to the organization for over 6 years, taking on more coaching and supportive roles. I mentored new volunteers, acted as a discussion leader during intervision meetings, and trained volunteers. In short, I am a true counselor.
I empower people and ask questions to make them think and reflect. Thanks to my experience, particularly at Maurick College and The Child Helpline, I am strong in communication and know how to inquire in a correct and solution-oriented way during a conversation, stimulating others. I encourage others to bring out the best in themselves.
