onduct financial analysis of potential real estate investments, including creating financial models, calculating return on investment, and assessing risk. Perform market research to evaluate real estate market trends and identify potential investment opportunities.
Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing legal documents, property records, and financial statements.
Collaborate with the Director of Real Estate and other team members to evaluate investment opportunities and make informed investment decisions. Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations to senior management and investors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact real estate investments. Monitor the performance of existing real estate investments and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Build relationships with brokers, property managers, and other industry professionals to stay informed of potential investment opportunities.
