Content Moderator (trust & safety)

• Data labelling, content moderation.
• Triage and review user-generated content against policy and local law with focus on violence, child safety, hate and extremism.
• Flag patterns, document edge cases and propose policy clarifications to reduce ambiguity.
• Manage high-risk escalations to legal, security and PR following RACI and evidence-logging standards.
• Maintain QA, SLA and ticket hygiene in Zendesk with clear audit trails.
• Deliver scenario-based refreshers with Training and QA to close recurring gaps.
• Working with evolving guidelines and ambiguity.
