Shreya Seth

I am Shreya Seth. I started my career as Oracle database admin then I started managing waterfall based projects. Then my current organization were adapting agile methodology so I had the opportunity to work as scrum Master.

I have total 11+ experience in IT industry and 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master. I love my job and this role. The core value of being servant leader resonates with my own core value. I love to observe people, understand them, coach them and help them attain a goal.

I love to read books on leadership and management. I have applied the knowledge I got from the books and it only makes my job easier. I am a life long learner. I see opportunities in challenges. I am thrilled to showcase my experience and knowledge in your company and also ready to learn more.

I am currently working as scrum Master and part of 2 scrum teams.

Recently I led a team of 10 people to successfully deliver India based UPI app successfully within SLA. It was highly appreciated both internally in organization and among users.

Apart from facilitating scrum events removing impediments I arrange workshops to discuss agile principles with other teams which are still using traditional approach . I am also part of various Scrum committees where all the scrum masters brainstorm their ideas, challenges they faced/or facing.
