My work experience has been a balance between Law firm associate and in house counsel. However, my primary work experience has been working for EndemolShine, wherein I started working as Legal assistant and was promoted to a senior executive. My responsibilities during the stint included but were not limited to IP portfolio Management, IP enforcement and solution, Legal Drafting and Vetting, IP business solution management, contract management Paralegal services i.e., maintaining communication with external and internal stakeholders, assisting senior managerial team and conducting research to conclude key agreements.
Other day to day tasks also included monitoring the digital platforms to identify counterfeiting goods and illegal use of TM in social media platforms. I was also responsible to report to the senior managerial team on weekly basis of company’s overall IP performance. My duties and horizons also often overlapped with other business transactions of the company where I was given opportunities to head successful legal delivery of projects for clients like Netflix and Amazon.
As an associate in Law firm, I was assisting in various legal transactions of the company including but not limited to IP, Business and Civil Law disputes.
