Working as a Senior Workday Solution Specialist responsible for understanding the Global and Local HR process designs, lead and implement functional solutions in Workday as part of change requests/epics raised by stakeholders, apply Design Thinking and continuously improve existing HR processes and journeys thereby aiming at digitalization, simplification and optimization.
Previously worked as an Onsite Workday HCM Functional Consultant(Certified) primarily responsible for handling enhancement requests related to modules like Compensation, Benefits and Expenses.
Other Certifications--
PSPO1 (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
Have prior experience working as a SAP HCM Functional Consultant.
