Tantri Kadiman

I was the previous Head of Corporate Communications at Philip Morris International, responsible for all external corporate communications. I played a key role in campaigning for a smoke-free future through earned, paid and social media channels. A big part of my work was on regulatory communications supporting the company’s advocacy efforts.

With over 12 years of experience across communications, both agency and in-house experience, I am a well-rounded communicator. My previous position was as the Head of Corporate and Public Affairs at a global communications agency, Edelman.

A few of my key achievements across the broad spectrum of communications include:

• Internal communications during company shutdown of a major Dutch bank in Indonesia, resulting in a smooth process
• Increased awareness of better alternatives to smoking by >20% over the course of 9 months
• Increased awareness of company’s efforts on SME development by 26% over the course of 9 months
• Played a key role in a Change Management project at one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world, resulting in a smooth adoption of the new corporate culture
• Ensured a smooth employee experience during an M&A process of international online travel agencies, resulting in a smooth acquisition process
• Managed crisis communications, both in-house and for clients for a multitude of issues, ranging from corruption allegation to product boycotts

I have over 12 years of experience across communications, both agency and in-house experience, thus making me well-rounded experienced communications professional. My in-house experience has been with a multi-national FMCG company. Prior to that, I was the Head of Corporate and Public Affairs at a leading global communications agency, Edelman.

I have a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Universiteit Twente and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Bandung Institute Technology.
