Pharmacovigilance Associate Sanofi - Amsterdam, Netherlands 06/2024 - Present My responsibilities include collecting and evaluating adverse event reports, conducting risk assessments, and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs). I collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk minimization plans and ensure patient safety. Additionally, I perform literature screening for adverse events and participate in monthly vendor meetings to maintain oversight of patient programs.

I also contribute to signal detection activities, helping to identify and assess potential safety concerns.
