I am a graduate student currently working as a freelancer as a junior Wordpress developer, but I am looking for a better working opportunity thank you.

The most professional experience would be working in customer service representative and I was tasked with the following roles.

Manage the day-to-day planning and set up of campaigns.

Coordinate with stakeholders to manage the execution of complex campaigns with internal design, category management, and other key stakeholders

My responsibility was to make calls and use every method possible to reach the prospect,

I was in the position to interact or deal with any situations that might arise while on calls using laid-out systems and protocols.

Worked with client from Northern America, African, Europe and Asia

I am graduate student of Computer science but I am very much interested in both the IT department and in Finance.
