Wafa Mohamed

I am a motivated and potential Data Scientist with theoretical and practical experience. I am enthusiastic about solving complex problems through my strong analytical and quantitative skills, including process analysis, data processing, machine learning, deep learning, time series, and geospatial analysis.

During my applied university study in Logistics Engineering, I completed various internships where I developed both my soft and hard skills. One of my main tasks was conducting research on how to integrate two warehouses into one using different methods. These internships helped me achieve team-building, communication, critical thinking, and responsibility in my roles.

Additionally, I have worked as a shop assistant at Kruidvat and Roomport, which further enhanced my communication skills and teamwork abilities.

I am currently studying Data Science and Society at Tilburg University, expecting to graduate in June 2024. Through this program, I have acquired solid fundamentals in data processing, machine learning and deep learning, statistics, and programming skills, mainly in R and Python, along with basic knowledge of SQL.

In my bachelor's program in Logistics Engineering, I gained expertise in optimizing organizational processes by applying logistics concepts such as ABC inventory analysis and Lean Sigma. I developed these skills further through school projects and internships, which enhanced my practical knowledge and experience.
