More than 15 yrs of experience in process engineering design during conceptual design, front end engineering design (FEED), and detailed engineering phase for petrochemical industries in developing PFDs and HMB, P&ID, process design basis, process studies, process control philosophy, and also in performing process modeling and simulation, equipment sizing, hydraulic calculation, line sizing, relief, and blow-down calculations and participating in HAZID/HAZOP workshops. Experienced in managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers during FEED/DD/Commissioning/Post-commissioning support to operation including optimizing plant operations and also invalidation of process simulations results, worked in the debottlenecking project.
