Valentia Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in React JS on the frontend and backend/API development in a Microsoft Azure cloud-native environment.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable healthcare applications built entirely on Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering secure, high-performing, and maintainable full stack solutions using modern web technologies and Azure-managed services.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using React JS for the frontend.
• Build and integrate secure, scalable backend services and APIs hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure platform services and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement reusable frontend components and responsive user interfaces.
• Design and manage APIs, business logic, and integrations with healthcare and enterprise systems.
• Work with Azure services for hosting, storage, authentication, monitoring, and application lifecycle management.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices in Azure.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and support handover materials.
• *Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in modern web application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with backend development using technologies such as Node.js, .NET, or similar API/service frameworks.
• Strong experience working in a pure Azure cloud environment.
• Practical knowledge of Azure services such as:
• Azure App Service
• Azure Functions
• Azure API Management
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Storage Accounts
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• Azure Monitor
• Application Insights
• Azure DevOps
• Azure Container Registry
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or container-based deployments
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with system integrations.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and role-based access control.
• Experience with source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and cloud security principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• *Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare technology, digital health platforms, or interoperability solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, or related interoperability frameworks.
• Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures in Azure.
• Exposure to Docker, containers, and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for frontend and backend applications.
• Understanding of compliance, privacy, and security requirements in healthcare environments.
