Senior DevSecOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead and strengthen our cloud and security engineering capability within the software department. This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You will take the lead on evolving our Azure platform, improving security and operational maturity while building the guardrails, standards, and automation that enable our squads to deliver reliable software with confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving inherited environments, bringing structure and uplift where needed, and helping shape how secure cloud delivery is done in a purpose driven business.

What you will bring:

• Proven senior experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud platform engineering, or a closely related role

• Strong hands on experience with Azure in production environments

• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code, secure cloud design, and CI/CD practices

• Experience embedding security into software delivery, including secure pipeline controls, vulnerability management, and application security tooling

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and secure cloud architecture principles

• Experience improving platform reliability, observability, and operational maturity

• Ability to lead technical reviews, set practical standards, and influence engineering approaches across a development team

• Confidence working in a hands on role where you can move between strategic improvement and day to day technical delivery

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with software engineers and cross functional stakeholders
