Tribe GroupWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a small, highly capable engineering team building a new financial technology product from the ground up.
This is a genuine greenfield environment, working on software that helps companies manage important financial information and connect with their investors.
The nature of the platform means correctness, security and auditability really matter. We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, thinks carefully about how systems and data are designed, and takes genuine ownership of the quality of what they build.
You’ll be joining a senior team where developers have significant input into technical direction, architecture and how the product evolves.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role working across the product.
You’ll ideally have strong experience across several of the following:
The team is small and senior, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership.
You’ll be someone who can understand a complex problem, challenge assumptions, work through technical trade-offs and then deliver a high-quality solution.

We're interested in engineers who know how to use these tools effectively while maintaining strong judgement and taking full responsibility for the quality, security and correctness of the software they produce.
