• Directed the single-day outsourcing of catering services to Compass Group across 56 hospitals, transitioning 2,500 staff with zero disruption to patient care. Worked closely with Peter Nichols (MD Operations, Compass Group) on the project.
• Designed and executed the largest bundled services project in the sector, consolidating 9 soft services across 56 hospitals, 110 medical centres and ~90 emergency services facilities, transitioning 4,400 staff and delivering R50m savings in the first year.
