Project Manager (ICT) at ProV International (2021-03 – 2025-06)

• Led Application Management Services (AMS) projects for international customers using IFS Applications (enterprise ERP suit), coordinating client tickets, defect identification, issue resolution, application validation and service delivery.
• Led ERP implementation projects using IFS applications from requirements discovery, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment for client enhancements and upgrades, including transition into operational support.

• Led the Sri Lankan engineering teams supporting the global Manufacturing and Supply Chain product verticals, partnering with the respective Product Directors to align engineering capacity, delivery priorities and product roadmap requirements.
• Led 6 engineering managers and 120+ software professionals, representing the Sri Lankan engineering organisation in product leadership discussions and aligning local engineering delivery with global product priorities.
• Built and developed the two local product verticals through recruitment, performance management, coaching, mentoring and succession planning, strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Oversaw release planning, operational readiness and transition of product releases into ongoing centralised third-line application support.
