Added filters such as feedforward filters, notch filters, and peak filters to optimize system performance. Calibrated laser heads and optical paths using a collimator, Zygo DynaFiz.
• Precision Maintenance: Collected waveform logs using a multi-channel data acquisition system, Keyence NR-500, and performed logical analysis of vibration causes. Used a mathematical 3σ model based on linear and nonlinear compensation values to identify causes of overlay anomalies. Compared interferometer brightness and temperature changes across different time periods to analyze factors affecting linear and nonlinear compensation values.
