I have been in Hospitality for over 35 years. This including Cafe Management, and also Retail Management over the past 6 years. Key holder, Cash handling, staff training and all things Retail and Hospitality. Inventory control and Ordering have also been tasks I have taken on when asked.
I hold an LCQ certificate, also completed a Kiwi Host certificate.
Higher School certificate and School Certificate passes.
