Edward Ives

My family and I are from Christchurch and moved to Wanaka four years ago. We are permanent residence in Mt Iron which is not far from The Warehouse. I bike to and from school which keeps me active. I have been a member of the Wanaka Sailing Club for the last three years and recently joined the Rowing Club. I am highly motivated to work hard, on time, listen to instruction, demonstrate initiative and leadership especially at home domestically and in sport. I have strong interest using computers especially gaming with my friends and therefore confidence to work with a team and friends.

I am very knowledgably with tooling and electrical knowledge ( skill saw, axes, safety, hammers, welders etc), bike parts (tire tubes, pumps, breaks etc), domestics skills (making beds, cleaning, vacuuming, washing, dishes etc, and extremely passionate at cooking so have a very good knowledge of kitchen utensils and machinery.

I live in a family of five, which has given me strength to mange stress, confrontation especially with my sister, demonstrate excellent manners, resilience and a calm disposition under pressure. I am good with different cultures as I attended Waimairi Primary School and belonged to the Sumner Surf Life Saving Club. My family are all hard workers and if you want something you need to work hard for it!
