I left New Zealand in May and immigrated over to Europe to extend myself professionally and personally.
As a Kiwi, I am drawn to the mountains and thrive on sharing my experiences with others. I’m a qualified ski instructor, an Open water Scuba Diver, and an experienced hiker. I would love the opportunity to be emersed in another culture and be able to draw on my passions to ensure that the guests receive a truly tailored experience.
I have several years’ experience working in customer service across commercial organisations, conferences, and events. Through my role as a personal assistant at Deloitte, I have learnt to interact with high value individuals with discretion, decorum and ensure they receive the highest level of service. Working in front of house teams for both service and experience based businesses has allowed me to develop a well-rounded skillset for interacting with guests.
As a tour guide for the Royal Albatross Centre, I remained informed on area attractions and hotspots to assist guests past their tour experience.
