Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, following resident care plans and individualized care protocols

• Provide personalized care and companionship to elderly residents, ensuring comfort and a supportive environment for residents and families
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility assistance, Delivering meals and assisting with feeding if needed.
• Administer medications and manage health schedules according to care team directions
• Monitor resident health conditions and communicate changes promptly to Registered Nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation and gather information from residents, families, and care team members
• Utilize technology, including mobile phones, call button systems, and computers, for resident care coordination
• Apply infection control protocols and appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
