I tend to work well under pressure. I'm very much a team player as I don't believe a singular person can accomplish tasks by only themselves. I enjoy reverse engineering problems by identifying what they are, analysing and understanding them, and then try to find the most effective and efficient way of solving a problem with the information and resources available.

I welcome a challenge, and being thrown into the deep end of a situation, I believe that is the best way to adapt and learn in an environment, as well as sharing responsibility between myself and fellow team members to ensure a sense of responsibility, leadership and motivation between colleagues.
