- Data entry daily of manifested post lists into excels spreadsheets and relayer database
- Input and printing labels, package couriers parcels and got them ready for collections, these were done on priority and timed deliveries for companies such as DHL, Parcel Force, UPS, and Royal Mail so I have experience with online booking platforms
- Calculated weights and prices for each companies deliveries, then weigh each pallet to check weight with manifest
- Confirming manifests and jobs to ensure dispatches were sent out correctly, and that deliveries were correct, making sure no errors have been made between fulfilment departments to dispatchers
- Loaded up forklifts with mail/parcels and then made sure each pallet was correctly added to outgoing lorry or loading bay
