I am a forward-thinking Capital Planner, with over 2 years of asset management and infrastructure investment experience, specialising in water treatment and control systems. I have a proven history of developing a data-driven capital works programme at Tiaki Wai to ensure long-term regional water security, compliance, and operational stability. I was the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) lead on our client, Reading Borough Council's £61M school expansion programme. This involved the expansion of nine schools over a 2-year period with new furniture installation and moves during that time.
Capital Planner at Wellington Water/Tiaki Wai (2024-03 – Present)
This role is the primary Capital Planning position within Treatment and Controls Systems. As part of the Treatment Planning Team, the Capital Planner is responsible for developing and managing the delivery schedule for all Capital Projects across TCS Drinking Water Treatment Plants and associated collector pipe networks.

Managing multiple projects at any one time. Work involved sourcing (including working with procurement and setting up frameworks and tenders), scheduling, procuring and the installation of furniture, fixings and equipment for entire buildings or part of them. I tracked the FF&E budget and timelines.

Working for Culture, Communities and Business Services, I was the Project Support for team of Project Managers, in a multi-million savings programme across the County, promoting Flexible and Smarter Working. I supported the team in many ways, including managing diaries, undertaking utilisation studies, furniture auditing, and general support within the Programme Office with the maintenance of programme documentation.
Senior Finance and Administrative Assistant at Hampshire County Council, UK, Property Services (2009 – 2011)
Working for Children's Services Department to provide finance and administration support for all IT needs. This involved consulting with customers to advise on costs and payment options, raising orders, and issuing invoices as well as creating IT user accounts and accesses. I was also responsible for managing the records of all IT kit and user ID's and developing reports to ensure all charges were paid.
